RENTAL/SALES POLICIES
Rental rates for most items, cover a 3 day period, depending on availability.Example pickup Friday,
return on Monday equals 1 day charge.Late returns
will result in additional fees.
CANCELLATIONS
All rental orders have a required 50% nonrefundable deposit. Make your selections carefully.No refunds
on unused equipment.
LOSS OR DAMAGE
Customers should count all items on pickup and delivery.
Report any shortages immediately.Any breakage or
shortages occuring during rental, will result in a replacement
cost.Any damage to linen (burn holes, tears,stains,wax
damage or excessive soil) will result in full replacement
cost or cleaning fee.
DELIVERY
Delivery and pickup are available at an extra charge based
on location.All items will be delivered and stacked at one area
Upon pickup all items must be re-stacked as on delivery or or an extra
charge will be incurred.Special delivery services, such as set-up &
take down, up stairs or back yard delivery.,are available at an additional
cost.All special requirements must be specified at time of reservation.
